Your body is really adjusting. This is the major pain that I was feeling and releasing during the wellness session. It is surprising you never felt back pain before since the back was basically locked and stopping energy to your legs. I’ll send you some remote healing tonight so that should help some if your body will let me do it. (Can’t do anything your body won’t let me.)
When you get home do some gentle pelvic tilts to your comfort range… this is like a hip thrust during sex when you are beneath and a woman is on top… do them ultra slow and hold them as long as you can… you want to concentrate on elongating your lower back to your comfort… Check out somatics if you research information on your own. I can also teach you somatics.
Your body knows best and knows how much you can handle at any specific time. It is actually a blessing that you are well enough to handle so much. Hang in there you will be fine. Keep up a few pelvic tilts at night and morning just to your comfort range… that will keep your back limber… – Linda
