DIET AND EXERCISE FITNESS
Our Master Personal Fitness Trainers and Sports Nutritionists can provide fitness support. While we can work with anyone, we are trained to work with clients who are just recovering from injury and moving to a home program, just starting out or have health situations such as heart conditions, obesity, elderly, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, chronic lymes, etc.
Our approach is to bring balance back to the person’s life through gentle long lasting changes, not be a Drill Sargent. We will set a program that will work for your unique situation we include a hands-on healing stretching session as part of your cool down for individual sessions.

We work with a company that provides toxin free, 100% natural products ranging from nutritional supplements and beauty care products to bedding and bio-field jewelry. We also will recommend tools and resource materials which we have found useful in our journey. We may have some of the materials available for purchase or be able to obtain them for you as a courtesy, but product sales is not our primary concern.
LIFE COACHING
Life coaching can aid an individual or couple or family in making the next step in their life. This can involve issues around work, relationships or health. This is not traditional therapy, but uses a combination of tools and psychic intuitive readings to help you move forward. It provides guidance that you can use in making your decisions. Pastor Linda is able to ready what your body is telling you which can help you proceed in your journey.

Don’t wait until your ill to see a Wellness Therapist, many issues start at the energy level two years before they appear at the physical level. You and your loved ones should have their energy fields cleared regularly.
GROUP EVENTS AND PARTIES
We have tremendous knowledge on many spiritual and environmental topics and are willing to share some in a group setting, either through lecture or through demonstration.
We are available for your site’s freedom fest. Here we work with individuals to help the become free from their illnesses. We also find it is always fun to do a party. We can arrange additional therapists for larger groups.
