This includes on-site Employee Wellness Workshops and Wellness Options which can include a Wellness Therapist and/or Massage Therapist.

A Wellness Therapist provides a combination of bodywork and life coaching including personal fitness training and nutrition for the person.  Life Coaching can include anything from stress reduction to adopting healthy lifestyles.

Workshops are on various wellness topics such as healthy breast,natural facelift, stretching for health, nutrition and allergies basics.
