One way to protect your loved ones is to stop using hazardous chemicals in your cleaning process. The liver can not process many of the chemicals that are on the market today including antibacterial chemicals.

The best antibacterial is using a 10% vodka solution- vodka is just potatoes and the body can certainly process this.

Use the cheapest vodka you can buy and put us a empty spray bottle, fill 1/10th of it with Vodka and the rest with water and use it to disinfect your countertops, your bathroom tops and anywhere else you would use common disinfectants.

Best thing is you can eat this so you can use it on your food products too if your spray bottle didn’t have previous toxin chemicals in it… for example we know that you cut your chances of salmonella poisoning by 95% by just washing the outside shells of your eggs. Spray your eggs, and you have an easy egg wash.

I also keep this solution in a squirt bottle at the bathroom sink. Instead of using a commercial hand sanitizer I use the vodka solution. Extra bonus, squirt it into the palm of your hand to get a teaspoon in the middle and soak under your fingernails where most bacteria is trapped.

Only other thing is if you have an alcoholic in your home, lace the vodka with cayenne pepper.
